Hi!
Here’s a new drawing I started recently. Just a bit more detail needs to be added to the top half and then it’s finished.
Tools used: Pencil, black marker and Micron pens.

About Micke Nikander
Hi!
I'm a graphic designer and artist from Finland. I like creating pictures from scratch as much as documenting the wonders of the world through a lens. No, actually I like drawing more.. :)

Wow, so cool! I love your art. – Sharon
Thank you! I think I’ll finish this one during the weekend. :)

This is wicked! So much detail :)
Thank you! Just finished it. :)

Wow, brilliant! The patterning in the sections at the top instantly reminded me of the walls inside a wharenui on a marae. Actually, this picture invokes several childhood memories, hyvää työtä :)
Sounds great that you found those kinds of memories by looking at the drawing. It’s always nice to hear stuff like that. Thanks / Kiitos! :)

Nice. Reminds me of Escher. :)
Hi! Escher is absolutely one of my favourite artists and source of inspiration already since I was a teenager. You can read more about my favourite artists and influences in Soi Magazine (issue 3): http://www.stickerbombworld.com/pages/soi-magazine
If you haven’t read it yet, I mean.. :)
